• A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required and applied toward your visit fee

Do you accept insurance?
Select visit types, including hormone replacement and metabolic services, may be eligible for insurance coverage depending on plan participation. Functional and immune-complex care is offered on a self-pay basis. Patients may submit receipts for potential out-of-network reimbursement when applicable.

Yes. When appropriate, laboratory testing may be ordered through insurance-covered laboratories depending on your benefits.
Can I schedule if I live out of state?
Yes. We serve patients across multiple states virtually. You must be physically located in a state where your selected provider holds active licensure at the time of your appointment.
