• A $50 non-refundable booking deposit is required and applied toward your visit fee

For patients continuing care with targeted review and refinement.

Expanded strategy development beyond routine adjustments

Patients who feel they “have a lot to cover” or need more comprehensive guidance
When greater depth, integration, or strategy is needed, this visit type allows for a more complete and meaningful evaluation.
This visit is recommended when your care requires a higher level of integration, allowing time to fully connect patterns, refine strategy, and move your care forward with precision.
To ensure appropriate scheduling and clinical alignment, visit type may be adjusted based on complexity and scope of care required.
If a different visit type is more appropriate, visit length and pricing will be updated accordingly.

This visit is intended for targeted discussion of select findings and does not include a full re-review of all laboratory data.
For broader care adjustments or multi-system discussion, please schedule the appropriate follow-up visit within your care pathway.

Do you accept insurance?
Select visit types, including hormone replacement, thyroid optimization, and metabolic services, may be eligible for insurance coverage depending on plan participation. Functional and immune-complex care is offered on a self-pay basis. Patients may submit receipts for potential out-of-network reimbursement when applicable.
Can I use my insurance for labs?
Yes. When appropriate, laboratory testing may be ordered through insurance-covered laboratories depending on your benefits.
Can I schedule if I live out of state?
Yes. We serve patients across multiple states virtually. You must be physically located in a state where your selected provider holds active licensure at the time of your appointment.
