Our Process
Structured. Collaborative. Longitudinal.
Care here is deliberate and data-informed — and it is grounded in partnership.
We do not rush visits.
We do not apply one-size-fits-all protocols.
We do not chase symptoms without understanding their origin.
We evaluate regulatory systems.
We identify patterns across hormone, metabolic, immune, and stress physiology.
We build plans that evolve as your body responds.
This is structured medicine — practiced thoughtfully.
1. Preparation & Intake
Before your first visit, you will complete a comprehensive intake.

This includes medical history, symptom patterns, prior testing, medications, exposures, and lifestyle context. If you have previous labs or imaging, you are encouraged to upload them in advance.

Preparation allows your visit to begin with clarity and direction.
2. Initial Evaluation
Your initial visit is investigative and comprehensive.
We will:
-
Review your history in detail
-
Identify regulatory patterns across hormonal, metabolic, immune, and stress physiology systems.
-
Evaluate previous laboratory findings
-
Determine appropriate next diagnostic steps
-
Discuss strategy when clinically appropriate
This is not a brief prescription visit.
It is the beginning of a structured, longitudinal plan.
3. Diagnostic Strategy
Testing is individualized.

Not every patient requires extensive panels. When indicated, evaluation may include:
-
Advanced thyroid analysis
-
Reproductive hormone assessment
-
Cortisol rhythm testing
-
Metabolic and insulin markers
-
Inflammatory and autoimmune markers
-
Tick-borne illness or mold-related evaluation
-
Micronutrient assessment

We assess regulatory patterns — not isolated numbers.

These systems often overlap, particularly in cases involving hormonal imbalance, insulin resistance, chronic inflammation, or stress dysregulation.
4. Personalized Treatment Plan
Treatment plans are:
-
Individualized
-
Evidence-informed
-
Measured
-
Adjusted over time
Recommendations may include hormone optimization, metabolic stabilization, immune regulation, stress physiology recalibration, and nutritional strategy.
The goal is restoration of physiologic balance — not temporary symptom suppression.
5. Ongoing Monitoring & Adjustment
Optimization is longitudinal.
Follow-up visits are used to:
-
Review laboratory results
-
Monitor physiologic response
-
Refine strategy
-
Adjust dosing or interventions
-
Track meaningful progress
Care evolves intentionally — not reactively.
6. Insurance & Payment Structure
Coverage varies by service type.
Some services — including hormone replacement therapy and certain metabolic visits — may be eligible for insurance coverage when we are in-network and medical criteria are met.
Other services, including immune and inflammatory evaluation, are self-pay.
Laboratory testing may be eligible for insurance coverage depending on your individual plan. We encourage patients to verify benefits prior to scheduling. Documentation is available should you wish to pursue out-of-network reimbursement.
Clarity before commitment is important.
7. Partnership & Expectations
This model of care is collaborative.
You can expect:
-
Clear communication
-
Thoughtful, structured recommendations
-
Ongoing monitoring
-
Measured adjustments
We ask for:
-
Engagement in your care plan
-
Timely follow-up
-
Honest communication
-
Willingness to participate in recommended strategies
Sustainable change requires partnership.
