We do not schedule new patient visits by phone or email.

A non-refundable booking deposit is required to secure all new patient appointments. The deposit is applied toward your visit fee.

Our practice is headquartered in Oxford, NC, serving patients locally and throughout the surrounding region.
We also provide care for patients in multiple states through telehealth services where licensure permits.
If you are located outside of our primary service area, please confirm eligibility prior to scheduling.
Insurance & Coverage
Coverage varies by service type.
Some services — including hormone replacement therapy and certain metabolic visits — may be eligible for insurance coverage when we are in-network and medical criteria are met.
Other services, including immune and inflammatory evaluation, are self-pay.
Laboratory testing may be eligible for insurance coverage depending on your plan. We encourage patients to verify benefits prior to scheduling. Documentation can be provided for out-of-network reimbursement when appropriate.
